The general contest rules for 106.3 The River, a division of Ohio Midland Newsgroup. Winners must follow any subsequent contest rules as required by each contest. OMNG reserves the right to disqualify any contest winner if it’s determined the winner has not followed the rules of the contest. Participation in any OMNG contest shall be construed as consent for the recording and rebroadcast of contestant’s audio and video. OMNG has the right to use the names of the winners and their winning audio, video, phone calls, photos or likeness for unlimited usage on air, in print, on the web, or otherwise deemed appropriate.

 

Employees of OMNG and their families are not eligible to win.

 

Employees and their families currently working at competing stations in OMNG’s ADI are not eligible to participate or win.

 

OMNG, sponsors, and all associated property and or entities shall be held harmless and are not liable for any and all damages incurred through the use and/or misuse of any prizes provided. Acts of God or otherwise that may prevent, hinder, or reschedule use of said prize shall be the responsibility of the prize winner to resolve. All prize winners agree upon acceptance to resume all responsibility and liability.

 

Only one winner per household per contest, there’s no purchase necessary to win, and absolutely no prize substitution.
